Symptoms
An uncosted Material Transaction exists since Feb 11, 2013 for an item that was shipped via intercompany sales order.
The item had the 'Costing Enabled' and 'Inventory Asset Value' flags checked at the Item Master; but within the two orgs involved with the intercompany sales order both of those attributes were unchecked.
User tried unchecking the flags at the master hoping that the transaction would be re-processed; but it did not work.
The CMCMCW Material cost transaction worker shows the error APP-INV-05706: Warning: Cannot retrieve transfer price for the item
