Performance Issue in Install Base 'Advanced Search' Page When Searching by Item Number (Doc ID 1541353.1)

Install Base instances need to be searched in Install Base 'Advanced Search' by 2 fields:

Additional Attribute Name
Additional Attribute Value

The Advanced Search page has been personalized according to Note 1367579.1, however the search has inconsistent performance.

For some attributes the search is working, but for others it is timing out.  For example, searching by Instance ID (AttributeName) returns data quickly, but searching by Instance Number (Attribute Value) times out after 3 to 4 minutes and displays the 'Internal ServerError' Page.
