Symptoms
Attempting to run the Create Accounting program and receive the following error:
An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00222_AAD_S_000004_PKG.EventClass_164. ORA-01403: no data found.
EVENT CLASS CODE = INVOICE
The following events are present in the line extract but MISSING in the header extract:
Event_id = 13472613
Unable to Query Transaction using Transactions > Transactions Form
