How To Prevent Delivery Lines from Pick Confirming When Shipping Parameter Is Set To Auto-allocate Only (Doc ID 1541512.1)

Goal

You do not want delivery lines to pick confirm when shipping parameter is set for auto-allocate Only

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------

1.  Navigate to shipping->setup->shipping parameters
2.  In Pick release tab,  only check Auto Allocate.  Do not check Autocreate Deliveries.  Save this change
3.  Create a new order
4.  In the Sales Orders form,  Reserve specific order lines.
5.  Navigate to the Shipping Transactions form
6.  Pick release the reserved order lines / delivery details using  Actions -> Launch Pick Release.
7.  Delivery lines are getting pick confirmed,  the status of the delivery detail progresses to Staged/Pick confirmed
8.  Expected: Delivery lines should release and ONLY allocate.  The status of the delivery details should be Released to Warehouse.
