POXPOEPO: Purchase Order
Symptoms
Suddenly when attempting to enter a purchase order distribution line with Inventory destination the following error occurs
Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to Purchase Orders > Purchase Order
2. Enter one line for inventory item > one shipment line
3. At distribution level see message
" Building default distributions accounts. Please wait... " and then error message
