In the Customer form, the taxpayer id is not validated in the creation page

Steps to Reproduce:
Setup Phase :

Navigation:
Customers > Customers

  1. press create (no matter Customer Type)
  2. press Personalize Page
  3. search Taxpayer ID and press personalize
  4. change property Rendered from Inherit to true
  5. search Tax Registration Num and press personalize
  6. change property Rendered from Inherit to true
  7. Navigate back to: Customers > Customers
  8. Press create (no matter Customer Type)
  9. Verify that Taxpayer ID and Tax Registration Num are visible.

Test phase: (with Default Country Italy)
Responsibility: Receivable Manager
Navigation:
Customers > Customers

  1. Press create with Customer Type Organization
  2. Enter Organization Name for example: "test SR"
  3. Enter an invalid Taxpayer ID for example: 123456
  4. Enter an address with country = Italy
  5. Press Apply
  6. At this point the correct behaviour would be for the form to raise an error due to the invalid Taxpayer ID = "The Taxpayer ID scp is invalid. Please enter a valid value." But instead the form accepts the invalid input and continues.
