Customer Support Agent Dashboard Is Not Populating Critical Customer Flag When This Flag Set To Yes. (Doc ID 1541797.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version, Agent Dashboard:

The critical customer flag for the customer is not showing up in the Customer Support Application even if it is set for the customer in the Critical Customer Form

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup a customer as critical customer in the critical Customer form.

Below is the navigation:

Service (R) >> Customer Management (N) >> Critical Customer

2. Now create an SR in the customer support application for that particular customer.

3. In the Customer information area, the customer is not showing up as the critical customer.
