Symptoms
When attempting to run Create Journals after a revaluation or retirement, the following error occurs.

There are lines causing unbalance in batch : Depreciation ####
The same can occur for Retirement batches, with or without prior revaluation performed
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Log in Fixed Assets Responsibility
2. Go to View -> Request -> select Create Journal Entry program
3. Submit the request
4. Check output and error is observed
