Goal
After upgrading from 11i to R12.1.1, following note 437878.1 to upgrade forms to 10.1.2.3 to Apply patch 5983622.
The runinstaller is erring with "there are no patches need to be applied from the patchset ....software 10.1.2.3.0"
TXK Technology Inventory Report for EBS Release 12 <Note: 601736.1> shows:
Developer 10g version 10.1.2.3.0
But yet the report does not show that the 10.1.2.3 patch 5983622 has been applied.
opatch lsinventory -detail -oraInst.loc $ORACLE_HOME/oraInst.loc
Shows “Oracle Application Server and Developer Suite 10g Rel 2 Software Update 10.1.2.3.0” in the list of installed products but doesn’t list patch 5983622.
Should we cancel that patch and continue to next step ( install forms bundle patch)?
