Separate Remittance Advice Delivered via Email is Displaying Incorrect Subject Message (Doc ID 1542233.1)

Symptoms

After configuring Separate Remittance Advices to be sent via email, When paying invoices and creating a remittance advice from the Swedish language organisation using the normal PPR process in Oracle Payments.
The electronic remittance advice was received and on review the body of email with remittance content is in Swedish as expected but the Subject line of the email isn't.
Although The Application Messages IBY_FD_SRA_EMAIL_SUBJ definition for the Swedish language is defined correctly.
And The other Application Message IBY_FD_SRA_EMAIL_FROM which defines the 'email from' address is correctly displayed for the Swedish language.
