Internet Explorer browser Hangs While Exporting Files From R12 EBSO (Doc ID 1542245.1)

It was found that Internet Explorer browser is hanging when ever a file is getting saved locally.

The issue is happening ONLY with Internet Explorer browser, while with other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, everything is working fine.

So, this appears to be a browser-specific issue.

under a custom responsibility, created from Maintenance Super User standard responsibility, user is going to Work orders tab.
1. - query fo1 a given work order number (i.e. 628439);
2. - then selected work order and click on Print Work order icon (on the right side of the screen);
3. - then generating a PDF file as output for Print action;
4. - then when user is trying to save locally the PDF file, the browser is hanging;
