On : 12.1.3 version, Logistics Management
When attempting to enter/Book the order for the Third party from the logistcs tab, the following error occurs.
Invalid Contact for Given Customer Account
(SQLCODE=60)(SQLERRM=ORA-00060: deadlock detected while
waiting for resource.
ORA-06510: PL/SQL unhandled user-defines exception)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Depot Repair Manager
2. Create a repair order with logistics lines.
4. Receive against the RMA Logistics line
5. Add line for Ship Third Party > select party account > check process transaction > check automate order processing step through > check enter order
6. Click on the process.
