You want to assign a custom LOV to the field MISC_TRX.TRANSACTION_SOURCE in the form INVTTMTX.
From the personalization utility within the forms application it appears that the LOV currently assigned to this field is ENABLE_LIST_LAMP but you cannot find such an LOV in the form when you open it up with Forms Builder.

You are able to generate the two columns of the LOV that are displayed when entering on the form with the following query:

What is the query currently in use to populate the LOV associated with the field MISC_TRX.TRANSACTION_SOURCE within the INVTTMTX form?
What is the proper way to do this?
