How Can Personalization Be Used To Make The Party Information Flexfield Required At The Party Level And Not The Contact Level? (Doc ID 1542747.1)

The Party Information flexfield has been enabled to be used in the Contact Center.  This is required to capture information for a new customer record (Party/Account) but also pops up for Contact and Personal information because the segments are set to be required.
How can this be personalized so that the flexfield is only required at the party/Customer level?
