Symptoms

It is observed that if the same card number is entered twice from the UI, under two different customers, system allows to create it.   Hence in the event of a same physical card being shared by two different customers (say husband & wife), system would create two different instrument id's in table iby_creditcard even though actually there is only one instrument.

This can sometimes manifest itself by the user seeing the credit card appearing multiple times in the Payment Instrument Details window of the Receipts screen.
