Symptoms
1) There is the error FRM-40735 : PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422 or FRM-40735 : WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01422, when trying to open any PA form
2) Also, when running PRC: Generate Draft Invoice, it errors with : ...Setting Sets Of BooksORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=10 code=-2112: SQL-02112: SELECT..INTO returns too many rows
