Symptoms

Inactive Customers appear in Sales Contracts 11i  OKCAUDET.fmb
When creating a Sales Contract, Customer LOV contains both Active and Inactive customers.

Expected Behavior
Active Customer only are expected.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Query customers on the form.

Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot always select an active Customers.
