On : 12.1.3 version, Journal Entry
The error we get when trying to open the tax options form is
ERROR

no data found has been detected in MO_UTILS.Get_Ledger_Info. has been detected in MO_UTILS.Get_Set_of_Books_Info.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open the tax options screen in GL, I get an error message.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
We are in the process of running system integration tests in a new environment. This environment is according to plan to be used for user acceptance tests in three weeks time. We are not able to enable tax options in GL, and therefore we are not able to test tax in GL. The customer is a large municipality, the first to install Oracle EBS. We have not seen this error in previous environments in this project. Previous environments also ran R12.1.3.
