Order Management: Order Header Status Is Not Changed To Cancelled After Sales Order Is Cancelled

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Order Management: Order Header status is not changed to cancelled after sales order lines are cancelled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Order Header status to change to cancelled also.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 – Create and book order with 2 or more lines
Order Management Super User: Orders, Returns: Sales Order
2 – Cancel Order at Header Level
At header level, after pressing Button Actions, pick the option Cancel and press Ok
3 – Inform reason and comments, press ok and then check the message confirming the order was cancelled.
4 – Query the sales order
Lines were cancelled but Order Header status is still booked.
It occurs when sales order has 2 or more lines.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, cancelled sales orders that remain booked allow users to add new lines.
