Symptoms
On Applications 12.1.3 :
When attempting to change the requisition that was returned , the following error occurs.
Error
You cannot withdraw this requisition because one or more of its internal requisition lines have been placed on an internal sales order.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Create a requisition in iProcurement with
- An internal ordered item
- A Non-Catalog item
2. The internal requisition is already on a internal order.
3. The external requisition is returned by the buyer.
4. The requestor cannot submit or change the requisition.
