On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions Related
Late Charge Batches (ARLCPW) fails if there are more than one interest invoice to be generated per worker
When Late Charge batches are generated to interest invoices it starts four workers.
If there are four (4) or less invoices, the workers end successfully.
If there are five (5) invoices to be generated, the worker that gets two invoices fails.
If there are six (6) invoices, two workers fail.
If there are eight (8) invoices or more, all workers fail.
