When attempting to submit the Create Accounting for Event Class Bank Statement Cashflows Event Type Statement Cashflow Cancelled
the following error occurs.

Error Number=95325
The GL date <DATE> is not in an open or a future enterable period. Please select a valid GL date or open the period.
