Resolution Codes On FSTP Are Not Showing The Description After Upgrade (Doc ID 1545085.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Field Service Engineer Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logged in to the Field Service Portal to update a task, the resolution code drop down is showing only the codes and not the description.
In R11i the drop down of the resolution field shows the code along with the description.
But after the upgrade, only the codes and meaning are shown.
None of the descriptions are shown in the Resolution Code Field Drop down.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Resolution Code Field Drop down to show the code and description

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Field Service Technician Portal Responsibility
2. Query a Service Request
3. Update the task
4. Click on Resolution Code Field LOV
