Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Service Tag created in the SR form is not getting displayed in the Field Service Technician Portal Task, show SR.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The Service Tag should be displayed correctly.
STEPS
1. Login to Oracle Apps
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Creat Service Request and Task with a Service Tag.
3. Assign this Task to Field Service Technician.
4. Login to Field Service Technician Portal and query the task and click on show Service Reques and find that the Service tag is blank
