SR Creation Will Fail Because the Email Address is Inactive (Doc ID 1545138.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center Form

When attempting to create a new SR form Contact Center, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"SR creation will fail because the email <EMAIL_ADDRESS> is inactive"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Customer Support (R)


1. Open Contact Center
2. Search on Customer
3. Create SR
4. Save > Error
