ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Deactivated Asset is Reactivated when information in the Asset Number Definition Form is updated
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
the Asset should not be automatically reactivated by updating a particular field in the asset form. The activated and deactivated status of an asset
should only be able to be set by clicking Tools > Deactivate Asset Number or Tools > Activate Asset.
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Asset number form and query a deactivated asset
2. Update any field and save
3. requery the asset and observe that the asset is reactivated.
