On : 12.1.3 version, Budgets Management DBI

Organization Chart in R12.1.3 is not displaying the page correctly

Customer installed Weblogic and deployed OrgChartApplication.ear. The configuration has been completed successfully. Now when customer connect to the OrgChart application through E-Business Site, Its prompting for the username and and password again and creating multiple login screens in the same page.
