Symptoms

When attempting to enter the logistics lines, the following error occurs.

ERROR

User-Defined Exception in Package OE_Default_Line Procedure Model_Option_Defaulting
CS_DB_ERROR

 
STEPS
1) Login to Oracle Apps
2) Depot Repair Super User -> Create Repair Order
3. Enter the logistics lines and select the 'Return' line and click on 'Booked'.

The above error occurs.
