Goal

How to create a Nested Hierarchy of Objectives/Add KPIs to Objectives?

While creating the Objectives in Oracle Performance Management, we are unable to add Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to an objective.

Our Business Requirement is to create a nested hierarchy of sorts for objectives, wherein Objectives with a certain weight have a set of KPIs attached to them, with each of the KPIs having their individual weight well.

Is it possible to create multiple measures under the same objective?

For example, if the Objective is "Sales" with a weight of 40%, the KPIs under it could be

(i) Generating a revenue of ten million USD
(ii) Getting 5 new contracts, each of the KPIs having an individual weight of 10% and 15% respectively.
