When attempting to change the status of a Work Order from cancelled to released,
the following error occurs.
Error: The Asset has been deactivated. Hence cannot change the status of the workorder NNNNNN,
or in another case, different work order....
Receive Message: APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause ' (EAM_ITEM_TYPE = 2 AND (EAM_WORKORDERS......)
Followed by Error: Error: The Asset has been deactivated. Hence cannot change the status of the workorder NNNNN.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. EAM: Work Orders: Work Orders
2. Query the cancelled Work Order
3. Change Work Order Status to Released. Error message which turns out to be invalid
