Symptoms

E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, Forms for Applications Technology issues

 

 

After upgrading to 12.1.3 or applying <Patch 10104874> CONNECTION LEAKS FROM FNDGFM.JSP, users are unable to launch Forms from self service Homepage due to the following error:

Cannot complete applications logon. You may have encountered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connection error.

 

Changes

Upgraded to 12.1.3

Applied <Patch 10104874> CONNECTION LEAKS FROM FNDGFM.JSP
