Shipment Event Processing Failing with Exception "Shipment Stop Number is null" (Doc ID 1546199.1)

The following exception is encountered when entering a Shipment Event which runs the RECALC ESTIMATED STOP TIMES agent action.

"Shipment Stop Number is null"

As a result, the event fails to process the necessary Time recalculations and Status setting
