Symptoms

In R12.1.3:

The following Java exception error is raised when clicked on Customer Account Details in Customers page:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not create Java class: (att.oracle.apps.ar.account.customer.webui.CustAcctOviewPageCO) associated with region: (PageLayoutRN). This is probably because the class name is wrong or not included in project.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Trading Community Architecture, N: Customers > Standard
2. Search for Registry ID: 41585
3. Click Go
4. Under the Accounts section, click on one of the Account Details icon. The error appears.
