Symptoms

Uncosted material transactions show the following errors:

Error in CSTPSCWF.START_STD_WFORA-20002: 3136: Item 'CSTSTDWF/#SYNCH' cannot be accessed while synchronous process in progress
Error in CSTPSCWF.START_STD_WFORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'CG_ID' does not exist for item 'CSTSTDWF/#SYNCH'
