Symptoms

The IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers program is failing in the log file with the following:

p_correspondence_date :17-APR-13
p_running_level : BILL_TO
p_org_id : 8
l_billto_tot_acctd_amt_rem : 382923.87
l_billto_cm_tot_acctd_amt_rem : 0
l_billto_total_acctd_amount : 382923.87
unexpect exception


The FND debug shows the following error:
