Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, EB Tax
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When create po, after save it, go to tax manager, no tax information can be shown
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax should be calculated based on the defined tax rule
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a PO in new OU
2. Save it, go to tax manager to query the tax information
