Symptoms

Following:
Application Tier Platform Migration with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 [ID 438086.1]: Section 2, Step 6
Supporting Document: Oracle® Applications Installation Guide: Using Rapid Install, Release 12.1 (12.1.1), Part No. E12842-02

After running:
'./rapidwiz -techstack'.

Rapidwiz runs for a few seconds and then finishes, but nothing is installed.
