R12 Customer Search Results Displaying Inactive Site Locations (Doc ID 1547633.1)

Symptoms

iReceivables initial Customer Search for internal users showing inactive bill to sites. Patch 10265497:R12.OIR.A applied but these inactive sites still
show on initial customer search.

Expectation is that they would not show in the search results but still be available for any open invoices/transactions on the Account Summary page.
