On : 12.1.3 version, FORMS User Interface
When attempting to Create and Manage Quotes form
the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On the Create and Manage Quotes form
2. Select a customer name
3. Quoting form doesn't allow to proceed any further and gives an error.
