After upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 (9239090) errors seen with
  PAPWPARN.wft
  OKLIAAADD.wft
  IRCNTF.wft

Followed Note: 1061488.1, applied patch 12347791
- Errors with PAPWPARN.wft still exist
