Payroll is using the incorrect W-4 information when calculating tax withholding for an employee.
It appears that Oracle is using the wrong W4 information as the employee has date tracked W4 information in the system.
Employee has Married with 14 allowances from 11-Oct-1993 thru 09-Mar-2013.
On March 10th employee has federal tax information of Married with 1 allowance.
When payroll is run for the pay period of February 24, 2013 thru March 9, 2013 the system is using the Married with 1 allowance when it should be using the Married with 14 allowances.
