Symptoms

When attempting to Open Purchasing forms, the following error occurs.

Error:
APP-PO-14142 : get_doc_type_info-10 : ORA-01422 : EXACT FETCH RETURNS MORE THAN REQUESTED NUMBER OF ROWS.

Attempted to run Revoke EXEMPT ACCESS POLICY from APPS but this did not resolve the problem
