Goal

Why are the dates (also transaction control dates) different from project template when creating a project from a template by entering a project start date different from template?

For example on a project template the effective from date for a transaction control is 04-Apr-2012 but when creating a project by copying from this template the effective from date for the same transaction control is 04-Apr-2013.
