The Labor Billing Schedules are set up in the US Operating Unit. The Implementation Options is checked to share schedules as is it is checked on the setup as well.
A user opens the Canada Operating Unit and tries to update a Project Type where Intercompany is checked. The non-labor billing schedules can be viewed in the LOV. However, the labor billing schedules do not show in the LOV for the Intercompany Project Type. There is no issue if the project type does not have Intercompany checked.
