Counter Capture Screen Is Not Saving Data By Clicking On OK Button (Doc ID 1548883.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Counters capture form accessed from Contracts is not saving the counter reading entered after click OK button



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the new reading should be saved automatically after clicked OK button. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(N) Service contracts manager >> Contract Administration >>Launch Pad >> At Tools bar click on View >>Find
>>select Contract# XXXXX from LOV >>Click Search>> Right mouse click and select Open >>Click on Lines Tab
>>Put cursor at Usage line >>Select Counters Tab>> At the Counter data section do the right mouse click and select Counter Capture
>>enter new Reading eg., 230 (current reading is 220)>click OK >>Requery the same contracts# XXXXX again and go thru the same steps
and on Counter Capture form still show the current reading as 220 instead of 230
