Unable To Restore Site Use Because Site Use Information DFF's Not In Sync (Doc ID 1549126.1)

In R12.1.3:

The Site Use Information Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is not in sync when restoring a site use.  Receive the following error:

Value 956-724-4190 for the flexfield segment CS Account Mgr does not exist in the value set SFI_ARX_ACCOUNTS_MANAGER

The reason for this error is due to the Ship-To being Inactive, but the DFF that is displayed is still for the Deliver-To that was just restored.

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility:  Receivables
Navigation:  Customers > Customers
1. Query a customer address that has 2 inactive business purposes and no active ones.
Both have Site Use Information DFF’s setup.
In this example, the business purposes of the address are: deliver-to and ship-to.
2. Click on Restore on the Deliver-To and Save
Error Received.
