Symptoms
On Application Release 12.1.1:
When attempting to create a work order for EAM and CMRO organization, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Another Work Order with the same name already exists.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open work order form and click New.
2. Once the customer tabs from work order number which is automatically generated, error appears.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manage GHE/GSEs and Tools even though its part of the CMRO/EAM module.
