When Exporting Absence Incorrect Dates are Displayed in Outlook Calender Pop-up

When exporting approved leave of absence to Microsoft Outlook, the dates are shifted by one day.
Example : when absence is 15-May-2013 to 17-May-2013, Outlook export dates incorrect to 14-May-13 to 16-May-13

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility : Employee Self-Service
Navigation : Absence Management

1. Absence Summary has an extra column : Export - this is not a seeded column
2. Press Export
3. User is directed to Outlook calendar
=> dates are not passed correctly
when absence is 15-May-2013 to 17-May-2013, Outlook export incorrect dates: 14-May-13 to 16-May-13
