ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running Inventory Master Book Report (XML) from Russian responsibility, the organization LOV is not showing any organizations although Organization Access is defined.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inventory Master Book Report (XML) is working perfect using English language.
