NI Unique Error or Warning Profile Does Not Work for the Dependent and Beneficiary Page in Self-Service > Benefits (SSBEN) (Doc ID 1549456.1)

Symptoms

After setting HR:NI Unique Error or Warning profile at the site level to display a warning, find that it does not work for the Dependent and Beneficiary page within Employee Self-Service > Benefits.

The profile is set to display a warning if the user enters a duplicate social security number which is the case when tried via my personal information page works fine.
But when a dependent is added via the Dependents and Beneficiary page in Self-Service > Benefits the transaction errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set HR:NI Unique Error or Warning profile.
2. Add a dependent with duplicate SSN in Dependent and Beneficiary page within SSBEN.
