NI Unique Error Or Warning Profile Does Not Work For The Dependent And Benificiary Page Within SSBEN (Doc ID 1549456.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version, Self Service Benefits

After setting HR:NI Unique Error or Warning profile at the site level to display a warning, find that it does not work for the Dependent and Beneficiary page within SSBEN.

The profile is set to display a warning if the user enters a duplicate SSN which is the case when tried via my personal information page works fine. But when a dependent is added via the dependents and beneficiary page within SSBEN the transaction errors.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set HR:NI Unique Error or Warning profile
2. Add a dependent with duplicate SSN in Dependent and Beneficiary page within SSBEN.
